Town Architect and Architectural Review Services:
Currently, our firm is acting as Town Architect for the Brytan Development in Gainesville, FL. In this capacity, we consult on Master Plan concerns, review proposed projects, and conduct site inspections to verify that new construction is compliant with the Brytan Architectural Code. Additionally, we work with other designers and contractors on behalf of the developer to insure that the project’s vision is fulfilled.
Jennifer Langford is also a member of the Architectural Review Board for the Haile Village Center.
Additionally, she has been retained by the City of Gainesville, FL to act as Facilitator in the local Neighborhood Review Meetings that are held to introduce proposed projects to the public.
