Universal Design: Brytan, Lot 69
Within the design of this home, we have considered Universal Design characteristics, creating a home that is accessible by people of varying ages and abilities. We have provided ramped access from the front of the home as well as from within the garage for gentle transition into the first floor living space. Additionally, the stair width is large enough to accommodate for a stair chair lift. With these subtle modifications, the home fits into the Craftsman Style New Urbanist neighborhood it was designed for.
